I am a qualified guide since 2000 in Seville (Spain), though I have started my work experience years before. I speak Spanish, English and French. I feel very fluent in any of them as I lived in England for 3 years and 1 year in France.
I provide services as a guide in my city, Seville. Besides my experience as a local guide, I worked as a Tour Leader for different American companies in some countries in Europe and in Spain. I worked for the Andalucian Government as a cultural representative in Orlando, Walt Disney. And my other experience abroad was Cuba, for two months dealing with logistics and booking for us citizens in Cuba.
My previous background was teaching English and Spanish for state schools in Spain and in England, good practice for guiding as I communicate well and I know how to attract attention of peple using my enthusiasm and my motivation, Because at the end of the day, as I have put in my slogan is TO ENJOY WHAT YOU DO - which I also think defines me very well!
I have a BA in English. And two years ago I got another BA in Humanities , to complete my training.
I am a social person, with a lot of interest for another cultures and people; I enjoy tremendously getting to know another people and sharing experiences, that´s what sometimes I do in work and people appreciate this. They feel there´s a genuine interest in me in knowing what they do, so we exchange experiences and it´s not just me talking all the time. They feel less patronised and more at ease
I love reading, travelling, cinema, concerts and gastronomy. I love cooking when I can. And another of my passions is photography.
