Rafael - DONRAFA IN RIO - YOUR BEST...

I am a tour guide for almost 9 years and I do not only work in Rio, I work in the main destinations of Brazil such as Iguazu Falls, the Amazon and many other unique places in the country!!! :)

But my strongest specialty is RIO DE JANEIRO and the challenge is making Rio your home!!!

Most of my guests come from USA, UK, Russia, Canada and Australia, it means that I am very used with their culture and I am so happy to have spectacular friends in these countries.

The tours takes between 6 or 8 hours, but I also give 24 hours of closerly assistence. My guests should be in the city for their own but they are free to call me or ask for my assistance any time they want. I sort of like being a tour guide but a helping hand friend all the time!  

All this with a safety of a nice car, with full time tour guide company with cool explanations and interesting curiosities to tell. This is the best way to see Rio properly, but I also have other tours that you can know way more of the city!!!

I just want you to know that here in Rio you have a guide that you can trust and a friend you can rely on!!!! 

You can be sure that I really do my work with a lot of passion and I always give my best to show Rio in a very informal way. I like making my guests feel at home when they come to Rio .

After 9 years of career, every guests I have just increases my happiness. I think I am doing a great work. That is why I ask people to keep on writing because this makes my work even stronger and better!!! I do not know where I find so many energy, but I do it and I really want my guests to have the most of it. I want them more than visiting Rio and Brazil, I want them to really understand and commute with my country and my people. My great ambition in my work is keeping my people happy and always taking them to very unique places that just locals know where these places are!!! 

I do not know if I am the best guide, but for sure I am different. I respect your pockets, your dreams and I always take you to places where you will find what is natural and spontaneous about us; of course I will take you to the most symbolic places. But I always avoid touristy places, that is why I think I am different, I am always open to get to know new people and all my guests becomes good friends!!!

THIS IS THE GREATEST PLASURES OF MY LIFE!!! I do love what I do, my work makes me really doing with passion!!! This is what I do for a living and I am very fortunate because I really LOVE what I do!!!!
