Anna - Informative, flexible and fun...

I have worked in almost every job I ever dreamt of and am finally doing what I enjoy most: guiding! Having lived in Belfast for over 25 years now, I love showing people around, explaining the sights and the history, the complex politics and their most visible sign these days: the political wall murals (somewhat my speciality!).

Outgoing and caring by nature I also love having fun. Never has a city tour been axactly like the one before - I always find out what my clients' interests are and arrange the route accordingly; flexibility is everything!

I have been guiding for decades and qualified as a Blue Badge Guide in 1996. After working in management, grant giving, teaching, youth work and training I am now a full-time guide and love (almost) every minute of it. I concentrate on Belfast and the north but do guide all Ireland, if requested. I love nature (which better country to work in?), art, geology and architecture and know a lot about politics, history and current affairs as well. I do private tours as well as coach tours/larger groups and tend to be heavily booked during the season - so don't leave it too late if you want to book me!
