Turn flour, eggs and other simple ingredients into authentic pasta. Participants learn to make pasta using a rolling pin as well as a pasta-making machine. Three types of fresh pasta and three different sauces to accompany them are prepared along with a dessert. The lesson is followed by a meal of the dishes prepared.
